About Victoria E. Afonso, PA-C
Victoria Afonso, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant specializing in gastroenterology at Gastro Health in Framingham, MA. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from MCPHS University in Boston, MA. She is a licensed Physician Assistant in Massachusetts and holds full prescribing privileges.
Since 2024, Victoria has provided care for patients with a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver disorders, celiac disease, anemia, small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), and other digestive health concerns. She has a particular interest in patient education, preventive care, and helping patients manage chronic digestive issues.
Victoria is committed to delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care, ensuring that every patient feels informed, supported, and empowered throughout their care journey. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and participates in continuing education to stay up-to-date with advances in gastroenterology.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in activities that promote balance and wellness.
