The Care Team includes a nurse and registered dietitian that offer continuous support via 24/7 messaging and monthly virtual visits to assist patients in making practical changes to manage their conditions more effectively in between appointments with their GI physician. This means more consistent attention to symptoms, more data to guide treatment, and a care team that’s with patients every day – not just when they’re in the office.

Patients get a personalized device to track daily readings that help our physicians and Care Team identify stressors and provide insights for better long-term symptom management.
