Grace A. Fitzpatrick, CRNP

Grace Fitzpatrick, MS, CRNP, is a family nurse practitioner at our Annapolis office. She is dedicated to serving the people of Annapolis with compassion and care.

Grace graduated nursing school from the Catholic University of America (CUA) in Washington, DC. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Maryland (UMB), Baltimore. Prior to joining the team, Grace has worked as a nurse practitioner for over five years and most recently at a cardiology and internal medicine practice in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Prior to that, Grace served at a family internal medicine practice in Columbia, Maryland. 

She also has previous nursing experience in hospitals, and specifically, ICU settings in Washington D.C. Her clinical interests include preventative health care, GERD, GI issues, health education, and chronic disease management. When not serving patients at Digestive Disorders Associates, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband, playing tennis, hiking, and baking.
