About Jack A. Richard, PA-C
Jack Richard, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant providing gastroenterology care to patients in Chelmsford, MA. Having provided both inpatient and outpatient GI care across the greater Providence area, Jack has built a strong clinical foundation in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of digestive conditions. He has a special clinical interest in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)—including Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis—as well as celiac disease and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Outside of clinical practice, Jack enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, walking his German Shepherd, and staying active playing basketball.
