About Amir Riaz, MD
Dr. Amir Riaz is a board-certified gastroenterologist in Miami, specializing in digestive health and liver conditions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Florida International University before receiving his Doctor of Medicine, magna cum laude, from St. George’s University School of Medicine.
He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic Florida and a fellowship in Gastroenterology at Larkin Community Hospital. Dr. Riaz is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American College of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Fluent in English and Urdu with professional working proficiency in Spanish, Dr. Riaz is committed to providing compassionate care to a diverse community. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, scuba diving, running, reading, and traveling.
