About Andrew H. Zwick, MD
Dr. Zwick is proud to be a rare, native Floridian who has lived in Boca Raton since 1996. He trained at the University of Maryland Hospitals and VA. He did his Fellowship training at The University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital. He has participated in over 100 clinical research trials for new gastrointestinal treatments and is Affiliate Assistant Professor, FAU College of Medicine, where he teaches GI Medicine and Endoscopy to residents.
Dr. Zwick sub-specializes in several areas including treatment of Reflux, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other Functional GI problems, and non-surgical treatment of Hemorrhoids. He is one of few South Florida physicians who perform Fecal Microbiome Transplant for the treatment of recurrent and refractory C. difficile infections.
