About Mu K. Hong, MD
Mu Kyung Hong, MD is a board certified gastroenterologist serving the Northern Virginia community. He received his medical school training at Georgetown University School of Medicine (1989-1992) and did his Internal Medicine residency and Gastrointestinal (GI) fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Hong also did research at the NIH’s National Cancer Institute for two years.
He has been in private practice since 1996. In 2009, he joined other GI specialists to open the Chantilly Endoscopy Center. Dr. Hong also has privileges at Fairfax and Fair Oaks Hospitals.
