Care Philosophy

My philosophy in providing gastrointestinal care to my patients is based on compassion, listening, educating and empowerment. Realizing that each patient is an individual, listening to the patients needs, both physical and emotional, gathering information about their families, significant others, environment and community, helps me to incorporate them in their plan of care and enables us to build a trusting relationship. Utilizing these criteria have enabled me to effectively treat my patients with varying GI problems over the years.
