It is with profound sadness that we share the unexpected death of Marcos Szomstein, MD, FACS, FACRS. Dr. Szomstein provided decades of dedicated service to Gastro Health and the Miami community. Our thoughts go out to his family, friends, and all who knew him. Dr. Szomstein made a lasting impact on the lives of thousands of patients. We will miss his daily collegiality and expertise.
