Nitin K. Sardana, MD

Dr. Nitin K. Sardana is now accepting new patients. Dr. Sardana is fluent in Hindi as well as Punjabi. As a skilled physician, he offers over 10 years of gastroenterology experience. His expertise includes all aspects of inpatient and outpatient digestive diseases, disorders and conditions. 

Dr. Sardana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in Catonsville, Maryland.

After earning his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Sardana went on to complete his Internal Medicine residency and served as Chief Resident for the Department of Internal Medicine at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC.

Following his residency, Dr. Sardana completed a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology and served as Chief Fellow at the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
