About Farda Barandeh, PA-C
Farda Barandeh was born and raised in Iran before moving to the United States in 2002. She earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2009, followed by a master's in Physiology in 2012, and completed her Physician Assistant master's degree at D'Youville University in Buffalo, NY, in 2015. For the past decade, she has worked as a nationally certified gastroenterology Physician Assistant, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care and developing strong, lasting relationships with those managing a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.
In 2023, Farda relocated to Northern Virginia, where she continues her commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. Fluent in English, Farsi, and Azarbaijani - and conversational in Turkish - she brings a multicultural and inclusive approach to her clinical practice.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and traveling the world with her husband and daughter.
