Care Philosophy

After 25 years in practice, I have come to understand that the two most important attributes of a quality physician are to listen to your patients, and to know when you have reached the limits of your expertise. When you come to see me, I will listen to you carefully. I will explain to you, in terms you can understand, what I believe is causing your problem and how we can treat it. I will take as much time as needed for your visit, as each patient’s issues demands an individualized approach. My focus will be on you, not inputting data into my computer during your appointment. I will exhaust all resources to find a solution to your problem. Finally, I will advise you if other health care professionals should be consulted for your overall care. This is my philosophy of patient care and this is what my patients can expect.
