About Brendon Bower, CRNP
Brendon Bower, CRNP, is an adult-gerontological nurse practitioner who specializes in gastroenterology. He helps diagnose and treat a wide range of digestive disorders. He also has a special interest in inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, and chronic GI disorders in the elderly.
Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Brendon was an intensive care RN and oncology RN at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He obtained his bachelors degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his masters degree from the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Brendon is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center in Adult-Gerontological Primary Care. He is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Maryland Nurses Association. He is also on Faculty for Gastroenterology and Hepatology Advanced Practice Providers (GHAPP).
In his spare time, Brendon enjoys spending time with his two daughters, wife, and two dogs. He also enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his extended family.
