Telehealth services are available at certain Gastro Health care centers, allowing patients to get the care they need from the safety of home. Certain states and insurances no longer cover telehealth services. Please confirm with the office prior to booking that you will be covered. Patients need to have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer that has a camera and a microphone. 

Our doctors are using a variety of methods to facilitate the visits – Zoom, GoToMeeting, eClinicalWorks Healow, and doxy.me. When you call to schedule, our teammates will walk you through the process to see what’s best for you and help you get set up.

Informed Consent for Telehealth Services

Please review our Informed Consent for Telehealth Services. You will additionally receive a copy when you receive your appointment confirmation. By accepting our Gastro Health’s invitation to participate in a telehealth visit via an available application (i.e., Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc.), you hereby authorize your Gastro Health provider to use telehealth in the course of your diagnosis and treatment.
