Gluten-free dining can be enjoyable, healthy and nutritious. More restaurants and food companies are becoming in tune with the special dietary needs of the Celiac Disease population. Here, you will see a list of some restaurants that provide a “gluten-free” menu; be sure to let your server know that you have a food allergy to wheat, barley, rye and malt.
