On-demand virtual visits are telehealth appointments available on a first-come, first-served basis. These visits provide access to experienced, specialty-trained NPs and PAs under the supervision of board-certified Gastroenterologists who can order labs, imaging, procedures, and prescriptions. On-demand visits are available Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., and Friday, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. PST.

To use our On-Demand service, patients must be at least 18 years old and covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or a commercial insurance plan. At this time, we are not equipped to see patients without insurance coverage.

Wait times are typically under 30 minutes. Because this is an immediate-access service, you will see the first available clinician rather than a specific provider.

You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You just need a stable internet connection, a working camera/microphone, and an updated web browser. No special app is required. You may see a Google pop up window asking you to sign in if you have a Google account, however you do NOT need to sign in to join the visit.
