Our commitment and dedication to a patient’s total well-being combined with our clinical resources provides our patients with exceptional pharmacy service.
Our center has the only in-office IV Infusion Treatment Center for patients in South Florida. We offer infusion to help reduce the symptoms from Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis and rheumatoid arthritis, among others. Our care coordinators provide a seamless approach to working with pharmaceutical and insurance companies in order to facilitate the process and lessen the financial burden to patients.
Treatments are provided by board-certified nurses. Most treatments take about two hours to complete. Patients can take advantage of the time to relax and bring in their MP3 players, portable DVD players, work on their laptop via WI-FI, or simply read a book.
The Anatomic Pathology Laboratory offers biopsy interpretation by a Board Certified Pathologist with fellowship training in Gastrointestinal and Hepatobiliary Pathology. More advanced techniques, such as immunohistochemistry and molecular testing are also available. Technologists in the laboratory work closely with the Pathologist to produce accurate and timely results that lead to optimal treatment for a particular condition. Our pathology laboratory is certified by both Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and the College of Anatomic Pathologists (CAP).
