Miles E. Gresham, MD

Dr. Gresham has been in private practice in Birmingham, AL since 1986 and practices at our St. Vincent’s East, Gardendale and Pell City care centers. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and his medical degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Gresham performed his internship and residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center in Birmingham and his fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Gresham is Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.

Dr. Gresham is a member of the State Medical Association, American Medical Association, American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the Alabama Gastroenterological Society.

Dr. Gresham is the clinical leader of Gastro Health in Alabama, working in collaboration with the Division Vice President to provide strategic and operational support for clinicians and care centers. Additionally, he provides physician leadership in clinical governance, compliance, credentialing, and business development.
